SSA currently has 2 active weekly spiritual sessions.  Activities during these sessions include prayer and meditation, in-depth esoteric Scripture study, lessons on inner charisma and healing, and consultations for spiritual, mental and emotional guidance.

Membership in the organization is purely voluntary. There are no entry requirements other than the sincere intention and desire for

self-enhancement through learning and submitting to the discipline of prayer and meditation.  Newcomers become member-aspirants after voluntary commitment to a God-centered regimen of study and training for service.

Character Enhancement Seminar (1 Day)

“Be perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect.”  Matthew 5:48

The Character Enhancement Seminar aims to increase one’s self-awareness that is essential for beginning any personal transformative process by orienting the participant with basic ideas of spirituality and highlighting the importance of one’s spiritual relationship with God. Topics include: The Valuation of Life, The Seven Embodiments of Man, The Seven Chakras, The Dimensions, The Cosmic Laws, The Seven Levels of Development, Communication, Consciousness and Real-Time Awareness.  Participants are introduced to Christ-centered meditation as the culminating activity.

Seminar Fee: Php 5000 per participant (Includes seminar program, handouts and meals.)

Self-Empowerment Seminar (1 Day)

“But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.” John 14:26

The Self-Empowerment Seminar aims to strengthen one’s faith and have a proactive approach to the challenges of life.

Its focus is on the relationship of the soul with the Holy Spirit.  Topics include: The Pneuma, Primary and Secondary Wisdom, The Three Natures of Man, Dealing with Emotional and Mental Malfunction, The Levels of Awareness. Christ-based meditation is the culminating activity.

This Seminar builds upon ideas from the Character Enhancement Seminar.  Though each Seminar can stand alone, it is ideal for participants to have attended the Character Enhancement Seminar first, before the Self-Empowerment Seminar.

What is Self-Empowerment to us? We believe that knowledge is power.  Knowing that we are first and foremost, the soul, is the first step in empowering ourselves.  Ignorance of this and other truths about us is the greatest enemy of man.  Once we gain awareness and understanding of the spiritual and physiological setup of ourselves, we take the next important steps in the learning process of who we are and what we are capable of.

Team Building Weekend (2-3 Days)

“Love one another, as I have loved you.” John 13:34

The Team Building Weekend aims to inspire teamwork, camaraderie and loyalty.  In a relaxed environment, employees participate in lectures, activities and games.  Topics include Levels of Love, The Seven Embodiments of Man, and The Levels of Communication.  SSA has developed several themed Team Building Weekends.

1. Parlor Games Redux- Participants engage in traditional games to inspire light-heartedness and promote stress-relief.
2. Amazing Race – Inspired by the Emmy-Award winning television show, this race challenges participants, who are divided into teams, through the streets of Manila to encourage creativity, resourcefulness and determination.
3. Camping: Back to Basics – This theme is a digital detox where no personal devices such as smartphones or laptops are allowed during the weekend. Participants reconnect with nature and learn basic survival skills.
4. Survive This – Participants go through a series of physical, emotional and mental challenges to test their ability to reframe their mindset amidst pressure and uncertainty.

Christ-centered reflection is the anchor activity that starts and ends every day.

The Team Building Weekend can be customized to include topics from the Character Enhancement and Self-Empowerment Seminars.

The Society for Spiritual Awakening plans to establish a learning center that will also serve as a retreat and healing facility for spiritual seekers.

A cleansing and healing modality to address an individual’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. It may be self administered, or performed by a trained therapist. The treatment consists of a sequence of actions which include prayer, physical cleansing and massage, energy center alignment. Some applications of the treatment may be performed while the individual is submerged in warm spring water, while other applications are performed on a massage table.
